    • “tension of strings on a harp in the sky” – love that! Should have asked you to write the poem for this one, Gabe – my muse went AWOL 🙂

    • Thanks, Nancy – some people call it ‘Madonna’s Bra’ because it has two identical A-shaped pylons drawn by the tension wires 🙂 It’s the ANZAC Bridge.

    • Thanks, Monica 🙂 No, they are not composites. The first is of the East pylon of the ANZAC Bridge and the old decomissioned swing bridge which sits underneath the pylon, and the second is taken from the opposite side of the bridge and is of the West pylon and the Sydney Harbour Bridge in the background.

  1. aloha bluebee – wow – that is a terrific structure – they both are. an amazing view to explore and then suddenly the wonderment of what the human mind can conceive and create. extraordinary. and way fun photo for the two subject challenge. cool. aloha.

  2. Well, you know how much I love the Anzac Bridge. These shots are totally FAB. Wouldn’t it have been amazing if we were both in the park at the same time and didn’t know it? And if we were both photographing the bridge? It’s entirely possible we were 😀
