We played golf in Canberra this weekend, and this pink galah, in his lofty abode, was our audience on the 6th.

That is so ,,, ADORABLE !!! The dear little thing, sitting up there in his bowl, looking around in quiet content. Love it like anything !
Completely distracted me from my golf game 😄
How I can understand that !!! Bet you got a stiff neck from staring up at him. 🙂
Class!
King of its castle, for sure 😀
That pink galah watches for each hole in one from his hole for one!
Haha – a perfect description.
So cute, and you have a good eye!
Thanks, Benedicte. I was so delighted to see him peeking out like that.
I hope you gave an exhibition to merit his interest!
He looked the other way in embarrassment!
so cute
He was, Jo. Wish I’d had my proper camera.
glad your eagle eyes saw this little treasure 🙂 funny, I was in Canberra this week too, but not golfing!
😄 I love your post on the arboretum and am looking forward to reading of your overseas travels.
Oh, he is impossibly gorgeous! Looks like a bud ready to open in a mostly?-dead tree. How lucky you are, BB
Yes! He made my day.
Just too cute!
I hope it wasn’t too cold for you in Canberra 😉
It was a bit chilly in the mornings, but the days were beautiful 😃
Great capture bb, .. a ‘shot’ in one… 😀 xPenx
Haha – thanks, Pen 😃
That is so cute 😀 for some reason I find birds much cuter when they are popping their head out of a nest rather than just sitting on a perch. Iphoneography – hahaha – is that made up?
iPhoneography is not my coining, but iPhoneyography is, because I’m pretty useless at taking clear photos with it 😉
