Can I clarify a clue? “The prefecture in which its located begins with the same letter”. I read that as being the same letter as my last answer (Hidaka) but did you mean the prefecture starts with the same letter as the river?

It’s double f on the umbrellas but only one on all the websites and the Facebook page which is why I couldn’t find it initially. Honestly, people should decide on something and stick with it.
